Every watch sold by Xronoswolf is brand new and 100% genuine. It comes complete with everything it was made with: the original box, papers and warranty booklet, manual and tags.
Who we are
Xronoswolf is an independent watch retailer based in Cyprus, operated by Wolfsty Ltd (VAT CY60356376Q). We are not an authorised dealer of Seiko or Tissot, and we are not affiliated with these brands. Brand names are used only to describe the watches we sell.
Our Xronoswolf warranty
Because we sell independently, your watch is covered by our own Xronoswolf warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery, instead of the manufacturer's international warranty.
Covered: manufacturing defects of the movement and of the case, dial, hands and bracelet.
Not covered: normal wear (such as scratches on the case, crystal or bracelet, and strap wear), damage from accidents, impacts or misuse, water damage caused by an unscrewed crown or use beyond the water resistance, repairs or openings by third parties, and battery replacement after the first year.
How to make a claim
- Email info@xronoswolf.com with your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the problem.
- We reply within 2 business days with the next steps.
- We repair the watch, replace it or refund you. Shipping for an accepted claim is free.
This warranty comes on top of your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU, which are not affected.
